1. When did you get this book? c. 2005 at Yohan bookstore in Osaka, Japan.
- 2. Can you do a one sentence summary? Takeo is a legendary assassin who has little knowledge of warfare and love, but he quickly learns to master both when his enemies arrive unexpectedly.
- 3. Do you like the cover? It's great. Goes perfectly with the Asian theme.
- 4. What is the first full sentence on page 100? "Her grandmother stood staring upwards."
- 5. Share something about the author. Lian Hearn was born in England and has seen then emigrated to Australia and closer to Japan.
